Eurostar has announced the global launch of its official app in ChatGPT, becoming the first rail operator to offer the service in the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands, as part of a wider European rollout.
Available from this summer, the new experience enables travellers to search for Eurostar journeys directly within ChatGPT, accessing real-time information on schedules, journey times and available fares before being directed to eurostar.com to complete their booking.
